Technical QA Intern
We’re looking for a Technical QA Intern. As part of Quality Assurance (QA), you’ll test a new membership site we are building, document its features, and help improve its usability. Beyond this main focus, you will work closely with our COO Manuel and gain insights into various other technical areas at Easy Languages, including IT support, website management, and digital tools.
The internship lasts 3 to 6 months, and you can choose a weekly schedule of 12 to 30 hours, depending on your availability. You can work from our Berlin office or fully remotely. Compensation is € 15 per hour and includes paid vacation.

In Your Role as Technical QA Intern, you will…
Test our new membership platform: You will assist in testing all features of our new membership site. This includes thinking of diverse test scenarios, reporting any bugs or issues, and communicating findings with our developers to ensure a smooth user experience.
Write documentation: You will create both internal documentation for our team and customer-facing guides to help users navigate the membership platform. This includes writing clear instructions, FAQs, and step-by-step tutorials on key features and processes.
Assist in other technical areas: You will support our team with various IT and digital tasks, gaining insights into different technical workflows at Easy Languages. Depending on your skills and interests, this may include:
Updating and maintaining our Squarespace website
Providing basic IT support to team members
Conducting an IT security audit and suggesting improvements
Improving the the organization of our files and documents
Setting up a Synology NAS for media backups and documentation
Assisting with an email migration to Google Workspace
Improving our media production workflows
You Are the Right Candidate if…
You are fluent in English: You have excellent written and spoken English skills. Don’t worry – German is not required for this role.
You have a fundamental understanding of IT and web concepts. For example, you should know at a basic level what terms like CMS, DNS, SSL, API and 2FA mean.
You understand the basics of HTML and CSS and can tweak a webpage or email template if needed.
