Easy Turkish
Easy Turkish is a project that helps you learn Turkish in an authentic and fun way. Our team currently consists of Emin, Emine, Onur, Ömer, and Damla. We interview people on the streets of Istanbul and other cities in Turkey, create short videos, and also produce a podcast focused on real-life topics and natural Turkish.

Team
Emin
Emin is one of the hosts of Easy Turkish Podcast. He is a lawyer in Istanbul, Türkiye. He is a passionate language learner. He speaks English, French and Spanish. He is a father, husband, gamer, traveler and sports enthusiast. He started producing Easy Turkish videos in the beginning of 2019 and still continues doing this as a second job.
Emine
Emine has been one of the co-producers of Easy Turkish since 2019, working in editing and production, both on and off camera. She enjoys sharing the Turkish language and culture with people from all around the world. She has completed a certificate program in Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language and is deeply interested in language learning and teaching.
Alongside her work at Easy Turkish, Emine runs her own art studio, where she creates artistic works, teaches calligraphy, and edits videos. She also speaks English and Spanish and is eager to learn more languages. She enjoys photography, playing the piano, playing tennis, and traveling.
Learning, producing, and teaching are at the heart of everything she does.
Onurhan
Onur is the translator of Easy Turkish. He provides English subtitles for our videos, prepares our exercises on Patreon and translates our content to English. He has a degree in English Language Teaching, and he currently lives in Bursa. His interests include creative writing, video games and meeting people from other countries. He has been a member of the Easy Turkish team since 2019.
Ömer
Ömer is one of the hosts of Easy Turkish. He used to be in front of the camera, but now you’ll find him behind the microphone on podcasts. Born and raised in Istanbul, he’s now a lawyer. He enjoys all kinds of games, sports (maybe just watching…), hiking, and traveling.
Damla
Damla hosts the Easy Turkish episodes. Damla participated in international youth exchange projects, worked in international sports organizations for a long time which raised her interest in foreign languages and different cultures. She speaks three languages (and looks for more), loves discovering new cultures and places all around the world whenever she has free time. Playing tennis, spending time with her dog Panda and reading novels are the ways she enjoys life.
